What is the shelf life of your perfumes?
Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality naturals and typically last 24 to 36 months. To preserve the scent, keep your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Can I refill my Perfumer H hand-blown glass bottle?
Sustainability is core to our ethos. We offer a laboratory refill service for all our signature hand-blown glass bottles. Simply bring your clean, empty bottle to one of our stores or contact our team for mail-in instructions.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals. While the majority of our collection is vegan, a small selection of our fragrances may contain natural beeswax or ambergris. Please check the ingredient list on specific product pages.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.
How can I sample a scent before purchasing a full bottle?
We recommend purchasing our 2ml sample vials or one of our curated discovery sets. This allows you to experience how the fragrance develops on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.
